Shipping & Returns Policy

We take great care in shipping your products to you, hence we partner only with reputed courier companies to deliver your orders for more than 10000 Pin Codes In India & Worldwide through DHL Courier.

Order placed before 5 pm IST (Indian Standard Time) will be processed within the next 24 hours and shipped on the same or next working day. Orders received during Indian public holidays and Sundays will be processed on the following working day.

Domestic Shipping Policy
  • We offer free shipping on all orders above 499Rs. 
  • Cash on Delivery / COD option is available only on orders below 2000Rs.
  • We charge a small fee of 50Rs. on COD orders.
  • We Ship the Product within 24 – 48 Hours after Confirmation on the Payment and deliver to you within 5-7 working days.
  • We confirm the order and details of the order over phone before shipping the order; so don’t forgot to provide your contact number while making the order.
International Shipping Policy
  • Leafysecret Store Delivers all Around the Globe through best courier companies with cheapest shipping charges.
  • For Shipping Charges, We Charge Flat Shipping Method of 2500Rs. For Each Shipping, Similarly in some Products Shipping Charges may be high and we may apply the same.
  • Shipping is free of cost on a minimum order of 15000Rs. And above.
  • For International Shipping, the average delivery time is 7-10 days depending on the country of residence.

  • We will not be responsible for damages to the shipment during custom checking and clearances.
  • Additionally, please note that import duties may be charged from time to time by the importing country’s customs based on the country’s policies regarding tea import. Whether or not this will be charged for any given order is not predictable because this is regulated by the specific country’s government, which is beyond our control. In case any duty is levied at time of import, the same will need to be borne by the purchaser. We will not be liable for reimbursement of any kind in such circumstances.
Can you send personalized message with a gifting order?
  • Yes, you can send personalized messages/greetings along with your gifting order. Just send in your message in the Notes box at the checkout. Your message will be printed on our special card and sent along with the order. Gift wrapping your order is also possible at additional nominal charges
Track Your Order
  • Once the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order, along with the airway bill of the courier service, will be sent to you via email.
How will you know the delivery is complete?
  • An e-mail along with the shipping details will be sent to you informing you that your order has been shipped / delivered.
How can you cancel your order?
  • Please note that cancellations have to be made within a maximum 24 hours of placing an order. A formal email specifying the Order Number has to be sent to us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.
Can you return the teas you bought online?
  • Unfortunately No return policy for a product like tea including our teabags, tea pouches, loose tea, herbs, spices and herbal tisanes cannot be returned, because they are perishable goods. We also don’t accept returns of custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What happen if you get damaged Product Delivered?
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
